Sam C. Shahraki, Pharm. D.

Sam C. Shahraki, Pharm. D., CDE, CPT is a graduate from the University of Tennessee and Samford University. He has extensive experience in cardiovascular and diabetes pharmacology working as a consulting Pharmacist for Merck Pharmaceuticals and Medco. 

He is a certified diabetes educator, certified pump trainer with profound knowledge in diabetes technology, variety of pumps, personal and professional glucose sensing systems. He is also a co-investigator of clinical trials being conducted at our Center.

Vita Anksh, M.D.

Vita Anksh, M.D. is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. She received her training from NYU Downtown and University of Maryland Hospitals. She has been practicing in Naples since 2001. 

Her scope of practice includes Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, osteoporosis, pituitary, adrenal and other adult endocrine disorders. The practice offers onsite bone density testing, thyroid ultrasound, ADA certified diabetes education program,  professionally continues glucose sensing systems, weight loss management and counseling.
